About Dr. Andaloro
Dr. Rachel Andaloro is a neuropsychologist who received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. As a graduate student, she received specialized training in the neuropsychological assessment of adults and adolescents. She completed her internship in clinical neuropsychology in the psychiatry department of Harvard Medical School and remained there to complete a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology. She has worked with patients from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, including a rotation at Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, and has a broad array of neuropsychological assessment experience with both adults and adolescents, including those with Learning disabilities and ADHD (IEP recommendations, academic accommodations for SAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, etc.), Gifted Assessments, Autism Spectrum and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke / Brain Tumor, Epilepsy, Dementias / Mild Cognitive impairment, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Medical conditions (HIV, Hepatitis C, diabetes, hypertension, and other vascular risk factors), and Psychiatric Diagnoses (Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and polysubstance abuse). She also has forensic experience, including participation in custody evaluations and subsequent court proceedings.
In addition to her work at MWN, Dr. Andaloro participates in Alzheimer’s Disease and Autism research at the NeuroCare Center for Research. In her free time, she enjoys running, yoga, refinishing and painting old furniture, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Beli.
